A 3-day immersive Development and Feedback Center at the University of South Carolina (Columbia, SC, USA) for people with the ability and demonstrated leadership skills to succeed in more senior, critical positions.

Eligibility: Must be nominated through the Talent Review process.

- Receive feedback from a paired Sonoco executive
- Begin building a development plan for future career growth
- Collaborate and network with peers, and present to key executive team members
Program information
Hosted at the Darla Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina.
As pre-work, participants complete the Korn Ferry 360 Feedback assessment, which is then debriefed with them during the program.
