Sign in to Sonoco University and search by topic. These tools can be self-prescribed, so you do not need to wait for a nomination.

Manager or HR business partner

Prescribed courses and workshops

Bring one clear development goal, your role context, and the offering you are considering. Your manager or HR business partner confirms fit, timing, and whether it is running for your group.

Applies to: BRIDGE to Leadership, Getting Things Done, The Power of Habit, The 5 Languages of Appreciation, Train the Trainer, Crucial Conversations, Crucial Conversations for Accountability, Crucial Influence, and the Korn Ferry 360 (prescribed by the HRBP).

Talent Review nomination

Nomination-based programs

These programs are prescribed during the Talent Review process. You are nominated rather than enrolled, with manager and HR business partner support — and for Develop to Lead, a paired Sonoco executive and a certified debrief coach for the pre-work assessment.
